Both Tripulse and Flow & Glow Dance are run by women who are passionate about bringing more movement, consciousness and wellbeing to people - and making this world a little bit better through their creations.

Flow & Glow is a dance experience that goes beyond simply moving to music. It’s a fusion of various dance styles, including feminine vibes, hip-hop, and contemporary dance. It's a dynamic mix that's helping you find your rhythm and express yourself. Founder Marica has recently won the “Group training instructor of the year” - so you’ll be up for a treat!   • 15-15:50: Flow & Glow Dance class with Marica
  • 15:50-16:30: Refresh with a delicious green smoothie or glögg, take part in the raffle, explore Tripulse activewear & get 20% off.
  • 16:30: We’ll announce the raffle winner. The winner can choose their product in the store. If you can’t stay until the end, we will inform you about your win via email and you can choose your Tripulse product online.

FAQs:

Who is it for? Everyone is welcome - bring your friends too. No previous dance skills required. Open to all fitness levels. This is not about performance, just to have fun:). 

What to bring? Workout clothing and indoor sport shoes.

Can I change clothes at the event? Yes, there is a spacious toilet and you are welcome to change there too.

Can you bring your kids? While this class is more intended for (young) adults and beyond, kids from 10 years onwards could also join.
