Shipping policy

Sweden

  • FREE shipping from 2000 SEK, else 75 SEK.
  • Climate-compensated shipping with Postnord. 
  • Estimated delivery time as provided by PostNord: 1-2 business days once dispatched
  • Delivery location: To your closest Postnord location. You will get a notification via your phone and/or email once your delivery is ready to be picked up.
  • We send your products via Post Nord (truck freight) and as part of their “Klimatkompensation” program. This means that we pay for the CO2 emissions caused by your delivery and PostNord is investing the full compensation in renewable energy production in developing countries. This way, your transport's emissions are neutralized. 
  • Important note: Make sure to check your email and/or phone for notifications from Postnord, or simply use the Postnord app,  and make sure to pick up your delivery in time from the delivery location specified by Postnord. Else there is the risk that Postnord will send the package back to us. 

EU

  • FREE shipping for orders from 200 EUR, else 8,50 EUR.
  • Climate-compensated shipping with DPD and Postnord (for Finland and Denmark).
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days, depending on specific country and location.
  • Important note:  Make sure to check your email and/or phone for notifications from DPD or Postnord to ensure smooth delivery. 

USA

  • FREE shipping for orders from 350 USD,  else 16 USD .
  • Climate-compensated shipping with DHL Express.
  • Estimated delivery time as provided by DHL Express: 2-3 business days for more urban locations, 3-5 business days for more remote locations.
  • Prices shown in our webshop before checkout include VAT. Once you have entered your delivery address, VAT will be deducted from the price.
  • There may be local taxes and other fees such as customs duties that will apply to your purchase for orders exceeding 800 USD. You as a customer are responsible for staying informed about it and paying these fees. We are shipping from Sweden, so we advise you to check any local import/duty and tax rates you might be liable to pay.
  • We use DHL's climate-compensated delivery option “GoGreen”. This means that before we'll send your package with DHL GoGreen, DHL calculates the emissions the transport causes, we pay for it, and DHL is then investing the full compensation to external parties' climate protection projects.

UK

  • FREE shipping from 3000 GBP, and 16 GBP from order value between 135-299,99 GBP. 
  • Climate-compensated shipping with DHL Express.
  • Due to the new rules after Brexit, the value of orders from the UK must be at minimum 135 GBP excluding tax, or higher. You can not place an order with a lower value.
  • Prices shown in our webshop before checkout include VAT. Once you have entered your delivery address, VAT will be deducted from the price.
  • Estimated delivery time as provided by DHL: 1-2 business days, depending on specific location.

    In the case you decide not to pick up your package due to not wanting to pay these fees, we will deduct a fixed fee of 40 GBP from your refund amount. Fulfillment & delivery time

We fulfill your orders within 48 hours during weekdays Monday to Friday from once we have received your order. You will receive a shipping notification via email once we have dispatched your order.
