Your Three Guarantees


1. Perfect Fit Guarantee — Free Exchanges

If your size, color or length isn't quite right, we'll make it right — and offer one free exchange shipment per order.

Here's how it works:

  • Exchange for a different size, color or length of the same product
  • We cover all shipping costs — return and reshipment
  • One free exchange per order. This exchange may include one or multiple items from your original order in a single exchange request.
  • International customers outside the EU, USA and Norway may be subject to import duties on the reshipped item — these are not covered by Tripulse
  • You have 30 days from delivery to request your exchange
  • Items must be unworn and with tags attached

2. Performance Guarantee — Try It in Motion

Curious how our natural fabrics perform? Take 45 days to experience Tripulse in your workouts and daily life.

If you encounter a genuine performance issue, we'll take it back for store credit — no questions, no friction.

How it works:

  • Wear your Tripulse gear for up to 45 days from delivery
  • Email care@tripulse.co describing the issue
  • We'll send a return label and issue store credit for the full product price

Details:

  • Applies to regular-priced items (excludes ZeroWaste Shop, Archive, and accessories)
  • Store credit only (original shipping not refunded)
  • One performance return per customer every 6 months
  • Covers normal activewear use such as yoga, running, gym, hiking, everyday wear
  • Not applicable to fit or feel concerns (those are covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee)

  • Store Credit: Free return shipping + full product credit
  • Cash Refund to Original Payment: Small return fee applies (see table below)
  • Items must be unworn and with tags attached

How to Return or Exchange

1. Initiate

Email care@tripulse.co with:

  • Order number
  • What you want (exchange/store credit/refund)
  • Reason for return

For exchanges: Include your measurements so we can confirm the right size!

We'll send return instructions and shipping label.

2. Pack Your Items

  • Original packaging if possible.
  • Every return/exchange item must be:
    • Unworn (except for trying on)
    • Unwashed and clean, in the same condition as received
    • Free from deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume odor, or damage
  • Please include any cards/hangtags from your original order.

We care about quality for every customer — items that don't meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted or refunded.

3. Ship

  • Attach our shipping label
  • Drop at carrier location or arrange pickup
  • Keep tracking info

4. Receive Refund/Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange or refund
  • You'll receive your free store credit immediately after that
  • Cash refunds are issued to your original payment method and are processed 5-14 days after receiving your return
  • You'll get email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Exchanges ship 1-3 working days after we receive your return

Refund Details

Your refund includes:

  • Full price of returned items (if in good condition)
  • Original shipping costs for EU customers
  • Original shipping for USA customers (full order returns only)
  • Minus applicable return fee for your region (in case you chose cash refund)

Please note:

  • Original shipping non-refundable for non-EU and USA (partial returns)
  • Return fees charged on cash refunds only (not exchanges or store credit)

International Orders (Non-EU excl USA)

Important customs information for exchanges and returns:

We ship DDP (duties and taxes included) to the USA — no surprise fees at delivery.

For Norway, VAT is included via our VOEC registration — no VAT charges at delivery.

For all other non-EU countries, your order ships DAP — import duties and taxes may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery and are not covered by Tripulse.

If your order has customs fees:

  • You're responsible for customs on delivery
  • We cannot refund customs/duties you paid on original shipment
  • If you refuse the package and don't pay customs, rejection fees apply in addition to the original shipping costs not being refunded. These will be deducted from your refund amount.

Rejection fees (minimum per product):

  • UK: £35
  • Norway: 400 NOK
  • Switzerland: 40 CHF
  • Other non-EU: €40 equivalent

Q: Should I contact Size Concierge before ordering?
A: Yes, if you're unsure! Send your measurements to care@tripulse.co - we reply in 24h (Mon-Fri) with a personalized recommendation. It's the fastest way to get gear you'll love.

Q: Can I really use the product and still return it?
A: Yes! Our Performance Guarantee lets you wear and use your gear in real life. If it doesn't perform, you get store credit. We're that confident.

Q: What's the difference between Perfect Fit vs Performance Guarantee?
A:
Perfect Fit (30 days, unworn): Get a free exchange for a different size or color of the same product. We cover all shipping — return and reshipment.
International customers outside the EU and USA may be subject to import duties on the reshipped item — these are not covered by Tripulse.
Performance (45 days, can wear): For testing actual usage performance - store credit if it doesn't deliver.

Use Perfect Fit for sizing concerns. Be protected by our Performance Guarantee if you're skeptical about the performance of our products.

Q: How long until I get my exchange?
A: On average 5 to max 10 days total from when we receive your return.

Q: Can I exchange for a different product?
A: Exchanges are for the same product in a different size/color only. For different products, return for store credit (free) and place a new order.
