Chest Measure around the chest, around the widest part.

Underbust Measure around the waist, around under the bust.

If you end up measuring two different sizes for chest and underbust, no worries, choose the size that matches your chest measurement. The underbust ist not as important as the chest measurement, and since the bra has a very elastic and adjustable strap that sits under the chest, it can adjust to different sizes.
